Yes, donations are accepted during our regular business hours.
If you are unable to drop off your items during these set times, please contact the church office to schedule a mutual time to meet at Blessing House that works with your schedule.

Blessing House is located at 151 West 10th Street in Wellington. The house is located just to the north of First Christian Church of Wellington.

Blessing House accepts gently used items without rips/stains, smoke free/pet hair free. Items accepted include, but not limited to: clothes, shoes, books, home decor, sheets, blankets, towels, curtains, microwaves and dishwasher safe dishes, pots, pans, baking items, silverware, all kitchen items, small working appliances (such as can openers, toasters, coffee makers), crafting items, coats, jackets. Please no furniture or mattresses.

Yes, all items at Blessing House are free to the public thanks to the generous donations from the community. There are no income guidelines required to use this service.

Yes, all donations are gladly accepted. There is a donation jar located just inside at the welcome table.

Yes, Blessing House is closed for all federal holidays. We post our monthly schedule to our FCC Facebook page, so you can see more details there.

No, please do not leave your items outside. Many of these abandoned items are rendered unusable due to being exposed to weather and animals. Please contact the church office if you are unable to drop off your items during regular business hours.
